An interactive and empowering experience.! Within a sacred space I will assess your energy and receive insight from your energetic body. Together, we will work with your intention to balance your energy, release old energy patterns, and align with your desired outcome and highest self. Your session includes a follow-up email message providing practical and meaningful information to support the healing shift you have made in your session. This is a nurturing, interactive, individual-honoring session which utilizes BodyMind Bridge healing and intuitive Reiki to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit and connect you with your deeper awareness to heal and improve any area of your health and your life. We will work together to release old energy patterns stuck in the bodymind. You will experience self-healing and insight and gain valuable tools to guide you in everyday life.
